A 4-hour hour hall rental is included in the cost of any of breakfast, lunch, dinner or wedding package.

No, we do not allow outside catering.

Our grand ballroom can hold 400 seated guests. Our grand ballroom can also be divided into two separate rooms. The front half of the room, also known as Room 1, can hold up to 225 seated guests. The back half of the room, also known as Room 2/3, can hold up to 125 seated guests.

Yes. Please call our office at 513-965-0511 or email us at info@villagepantrycatering.com to set up a time to view the space. We offer site visits Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm and on Saturdays by appointment only.

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with the price of the rental. We have 400 elegant gold chairs available in-house for your use. We also offer a variety of 6ft banquet tables, 8ft banquet tables, 6ft schoolroom tables, 8ft schoolroom tables, 5ft rounds, 4ft rounds and high tops for your event.

You and your event coordinator will work together to create the perfect room layout for your celebration. Our room manager will execute the layout prior to your event so that everything is ready to go upon your arrival.
