CAPACITY

RSVP Event Center’s Grand Ballroom has a total guest capacity of 500 guests, and a seated guest capacity of 400 guests. If your event requires more than 400 seated guests, then unfortunately RSVP Event Center will probably not work for your event.

RSVP’s Grand Ballroom can also be divided into two separate, smaller rooms in order to accommodate more intimate events. The front, and larger of the two rooms, known as Room 1, has a seated capacity of 225 guests. The back, and smaller of the two rooms, known as Room 2/3, has a seated capacity of 125 guests. WHAT’S INCLUDED

At RSVP Event Center, almost everything you need to host the perfect celebration is included with your booking.

4-Hour room rental for the event (plus 1 hour of clean-up time and a minimum of 2 hours of set-up time)

Day-of-event coordinator – RSVP manager-on-duty will be on-site to meet you upon arrival, will help coordinate the event timeline, will be available during your event, and will assist in cleanup and exit.

Dinner buffet catering (2 entrees, 4 accompaniments, rolls & butter)

Full-service event staff, catering staff, bartending staff

Chafing dishes, serving utensils, sternos for in-house catering

Professional-grade kitchen with range, ovens, sink, coffee machine, prep space for in-house catering

Beer, wine and soft drinks (Bottled Bud Light, Yuengling and Miller Light. Proverb Chardonnay, Proverb Cabernet Sauvignon and Mirassou Moscato. Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite)

Tableware and service items (china plates, silverware, linen napkins in the color of your choice, china coffee cups, serving utensils, water glasses, bar glasses)

Tables and chairs for up to 400 guests

Table linens and centerpieces (White, black or ivory lap-length linen tablecloths, brass lamp oil centerpieces).

Serpentine or banquet buffet food tables (Skirted in black linen and decorated in your theme colors)

Movable bar and large wood credenza entry table

5 Cocktail tables, available upon request, with tablecloths in white, black or ivory

Lounge furniture in lobby – 2 couches, 4 chairs

In-House sound system with AUX hookup and microphones

Adjustable lighting: Dimmable recessed lighting, dimmable chandeliers and fluorescent

Restroom facilities with stocked toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage cans, mouthwash)
